By creating an account or using Rekindle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Rekindle. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aadi Capital LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Rekindle.
Rekindle is a couples communication app that provides daily questions, shared reflections, and private messaging between partners. The App is designed to facilitate conversation and connection between couples.
Rekindle is a communication platform, not a therapeutic tool. The App does not provide relationship counseling, therapy, or any form of professional advice. No professional-client relationship is created by your use of the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the App, including your answers to questions and chat messages ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the App and delivering it to your partner.
We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for User Content. You are solely responsible for the content you share through the App, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AADI CAPITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aadi Capital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Individual Basis Only. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of such court.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Rekindle offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required for continued access to certain features.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Survival. Sections 6 (Relationship Disclaimer), 7 (No Professional Advice), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 10 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aadi Capital LLC regarding your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
